The tiling project was located in a pub. Floor tiling, restroom tiling along with kitchen wall tiling were required to be finished within compressed timeframe.

With limited construction time, our tilers had to work with different tradies (such as plumber, gyprocker, electrician, painter, and etc.) at the same time. This increased the difficulty to our installation.

After communicating with the construction company, our team decided to measure and cut the tiles into proper sizes at warehouse during the daytime. And then installed tiles at night so that our work would not affect other tradies. With the effective schedule and appropriate arrangement, we successfully completed the project one week in advance.
