This commercial pool was located by the seaside and was timed for the quiet winter months when visitor numbers are low, making the project timeline a tight one. The remedial repair was required due to severe leaking and salt precipitation.

Within compressed 4-week timeframe, our team had to finish several tasks which included rendering, waterproofing, tiling by using epoxy adhesive, epoxy grouting, siliconing and cleaning. In addition, there was a high number of rain weather events.

Based on the agreement reached with the construction company and local council, we arranged a schedule which used three teams working 24-hr shifts to provide 24/7 coverage in order to increase work efficiency. Along with the cooperation of the construction company and our customer, we finished the project on time.
